Sales Assciate

We are expanding our successful team and are looking for a driven Sales Associate to join our high-performing, experienced, and dynamic agency, The Company Real Estate. If you love fast pace, hard work, true fulfillment and loads of laughs - this is the place for you

Experience in any area of real estate and general knowledge of the sales process is preferred. Will consider candidates with Property Management & Sales experience if skills can be transferred.

This is very much a client-centric customer service role - therefore such skills and a desire to serve the community are of the utmost importance.

The Agents Reps Certificate preferred and the Driver's License essential.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Engage in daily prospecting activities, including door knocking, letter drops & cold calling

Procure property listings for sale.

Identify and connect with potential vendors and buyers.

Liaise with the marketing and administration team.

Attend appraisals and assist in pre-listing preparations.

Assist with market appraisals.

Coordinate and manage property inspections and prepare vendor reports.

Build and manage a client database.

Perform data entry tasks.

Work both independently and collaboratively, contributing to a supportive, high-performing team environment
