Location: Rockhampton qld

  • Day to day Subway operation
  • Determining special promotions, stock levels and service standards
  • Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices
  • Depending on market trends, holiday periods and special events.
  • Promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services
  • Maintaining records of stock levels and managing financial transactions
  • Discuss business strategy with head office and undertake budgeting for the store
  • Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
  • Train team (employees) in business standards and policies.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and coach teams across multiple stores
  • Drive performance, customer satisfaction & operational excellence
  • Manage rosters, budgets, WH&S, and food safety standards
  • Report to and support the General Manager
  • Full time store based (multi location) activities

YOU'LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE:

  • Proven leadership & staff management experience
  • Valid driver's licence & own vehicle
  • Full working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available)
  • Police check clearance
  • Food Safety supervisors certificate

ASSESSMENT CRITERIA

  • You must be citizen or permanent resident of Australia.

  • Must have a driver's licence.

  • You must provide a Police Check (National Police Certificate) for employment.

  • At least 5 years of people management experience is a must.

  • You must provide Food Safety Supervisor certificate.

  • You must have experience working towards targets and KPIs.

  • You must have at least 2 years of Fast Food Restaurant Manager experience.

  • You must have 4 years of Fast Food Attendant experience.
