Key Responsibilities:

Design & Deploy Azure Infrastructure:

  • Develop secure, scalable, and resilient Azure-based infrastructure using IaaS and PaaS services. Work closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective cloud architectures.
  • Automation & Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Implement and maintain infrastructure using Azure-native tools like ARM templates, Bicep or Terraform; automate deployments via Azure CLI, Azure PowerShell, or Azure Resource Manager.
  • CI/CD & DevOps Practices
  • Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (YAML pipelines) or GitHub Actions. Embrace DevSecOps best practices and encourage automation at every stage.
  • Monitoring, Logging & Performance Optimization
  • Deploy monitoring solutions (e.g., Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights) to

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven 5+ years (or more) of hands-on experience managing Azure infrastructure and automating tasks with IaC tools like Terraform, ARM, or Bicep.
  • Solid proficiency in AWS—implementing or supporting cloud infrastructure and automation in a multi-cloud context.
  • Skilled in CI/CD pipeline implementation using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
  • Excellent scripting knowledge in Python, PowerShell, Bash, Shell, or similar languages.
  • Demonstrated experience with monitoring and observability: Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.
  • Strong troubleshooting and incident-response capabilities for cloud and infrastructure issues. Excellent documentation, communication, and collaboration skills in an Agile or ITIL environment.

Certifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
  • AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional.
