Key Responsibilities- Handling inbound calls: Assisting customers with inquiries, and support requests.

- Resolving customer issues: Addressing concerns efficiently and escalating when necessary.
- Following communication scripts: Ensuring consistency in responses.
- Meeting performance targets: Achieving service level agreement with our bank clients.
