About the Role

You will manage a diverse caseload and deliver a full suite of Workplace Rehabilitation and Return to Work SA services. This role suits someone who enjoys varied, meaningful work and who takes pride in helping injured workers achieve sustainable employment outcomes.

Services may include:

Pre-Injury Level 1 and Level 2

Fit for Work Assessments

Career Transition Counselling

Suitable Employment Assessments

Workplace-based coordination to support durable return-to-work outcomes

Additionally, OT and Physiotherapist will complete Worksite Assessments and ADL Assessments.

Your expertise will help guide case managers, employers, and injured workers through the rehabilitation and return-to-work process with professionalism, empathy, and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of our team, you will:

Conduct Initial Needs Assessments

Complete suitable employment assessments

Attend Medical Case Conferences

Undertake workplace and task analysis assessments

Identify RTW barriers and develop evidence-based strategies

Design, implement and review RTW programs

Deliver job-seeking support and candidate marketing services

Provide Career Transition Counselling and Adjustment to Injury/Support Counselling

Maintain strong relationships with employers, case managers and treating practitioners

About You

To be successful, you will have:

Full or Associate ASORC Membership as a Rehabilitation Counsellor

OR

Registered with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist

OR

Registered with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist

Previous experience delivering Return to Work or Workplace Rehabilitation services

Strong relationship-building skills and a client-centred approach

High-level communication, problem-solving and administrative skills

A proactive, independent and solutions-focused attitude

Ability to travel across Adelaide as required

Additional Requirements

Valid current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Ability to obtain/maintain a satisfactory SAPOL check

Full-time position preferred; part-time and contract options are negotiable
