The Reject Shop is opening a brand-new store in Wagga Wagga CBD, and we're looking for an energetic Assistant Store Manager to help lead the way

  • In this role, you will:

  • Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, including stock management and merchandising

  • Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong team engagement
  • Help manage sales targets and store performance
  • Contribute to the development of a safe, inclusive and efficient store environment
  • Coach and support team members to foster a positive and productive workplace

  • Previous retail leadership experience, ideally in a high-volume environment
