Moreover, this is your chance to be part of the success story.Position SummaryAs a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will lead and execute technical implementations aligned with best practices and standards. You'll participate in design sessions, contribute to technical documentation, and support development and validation efforts. Your role includes resolving complex issues, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating across teams to ensure successful project delivery.Mandatory SkillsMinimum 3+ years of experience in JavaScript and ServiceNow implementations/integrationsProven expertise in ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, SPM, SecOps, IRM, and/or GRCServiceNow Certified System AdministratorServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modulesExperience with database design schemas and data modellingFamiliarity with SOAP and REST web servicesProficiency in JavaScript, Bootstrap, React, Angular, or Strong requirements gathering and client engagement skillsRoles And ResponsibilitiesLead and participate in design and definition sessionsAssist in creating design documents and technical user storiesPerform development, functional validation, and production supportTroubleshoot and resolve complex issues and defects, escalating when neededCollaborate with colleagues and mentor junior team membersEnable clients through custom application development and third-party integrationsContribute to a fun and engaging team culture, with access to certifications and career growth opportunitiesQualifications/Certifications (Optional):Degree in Computer Science or EngineeringKnowledge of ITSM and ITIL (ITIL Foundations certification preferred)ServiceNow Certified Application DeveloperSalary Range: >$100,000Date of Posting: 6-Oct-25 Next Steps: If you feel this opportunity suits you, or Cognizant is the type of organization you would like to join, we want to have a conversation with you Please apply directly with us.
