Due to continued growth, we are expanding our team. We are seeking a proactive individual with a strong desire to learn. This is full time role that would suit someone who has started or completed their Professional Year and wants to grow within a large self-licensed firm.
This role offers a clear pathway to completing your provisional adviser year and moving into a qualified adviser role, with structured support and exposure to new and existing clients. You'll be part of a team that values your growth and celebrates your success.
The Role:
Working closely with one of our Senior Advisers, you'll play a key role in supporting client relationships, preparing advice documents, and contributing to strategic investment planning with a clear career pathway into a full adviser role.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing advice recommendations with diligence and professionalism
- Manage client and provider communications
- Review Strategy Papers and Statement of Advice documents
- Collaborate with paraplanners and advisers to develop tailored investment strategies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
- Maintain accurate client records and support ongoing service requirements
About You:
· Tertiary qualification in Financial Planning that meets the FASEA requirements
· Minimum 2 years' experience in FP (administration, paraplanning, or associate adviser role)
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· High attention to detail and organisational skills
· Experience with XPLAN or similar CRM systems highly regarded
· A proactive attitude and commitment to client service excellence
