Business Administrator

We're looking for an experienced and proactive Business Administrator / Scheduler to join our close-knit team. This hands-on role is central to keeping our operations running smoothly — coordinating jobs, supporting our customers, and ensuring our onsite and workshop teams have the information they need to deliver great results.

About the Role

You'll be the go-to person in the office — handling customer enquiries, scheduling site visits and installations, and keeping projects on track through our systems and processes. You'll also play a key role in streamlining workflows, maintaining accurate records, and supporting business efficiency across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries (phone and email) with professionalism and a solutions focus
• Coordinate scheduling of quotes, site measures, installations, and repairs
• Manage project details in our CRM and keep schedules up to date
• Liaise with production, sales, and installation teams to ensure clear communication
• Support day-to-day office operations including invoicing, purchasing, and supplier coordination
• Maintain accurate job records and assist with ISO quality system documentation
• Contribute to continuous improvement of systems and processes

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in administration, scheduling, or coordination — ideally in a trade, construction, or manufacturing business
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident using IT systems — including CRMs, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office
• Clear communication and a professional, customer-focused manner
• A proactive approach with the ability to problem-solve and prioritise competing deadlines
• Experience with ISO 9001 or similar systems (advantageous)
