Position overview
  • Ongoing, full-time position based at Mipac's Brisbane head office, with international and domestic travel opportunities
  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience, plus an annual bonus payment

What we look for in our Senior Control Systems Engineers
  • Relevant engineering qualifications recognized by Engineers Australia.
  • Willingness and capability to travel nationally and internationally, with an estimated requirement of up to 30% of the time.
  • Proven ability to work independently while adhering to project timelines.
  • Demonstrated expertise in various aspects of control systems, including design, configuration, and commissioning, as evident in your resume.
  • Previous experience working with Rockwell, Yokogawa, or Siemens DCS and PCS systems.
  • Proficiency in producing high-quality technical documentation.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, ensuring effective coaching and training of junior Engineers.
  • Prior onsite operational experience.
  • Preferably, prior experience working either on a mining operational site or on mining projects.
  • Comfortable working in a consulting environment.
