Are you a skilled and passionate Family Lawyer with Post Admission experience? Look no further We are looking for post admission experience to join our boutique Family Law and Wills and Estates firm and make a difference in the lives of our clients.

At Anchorage Legal, you'll work alongside a passionate, dynamic and committed team with a fresh approach to practicing Family Law. You will be joined by a wealth of experience and knowledge from our firms Principal and our wonderful legal team.

Your Role:

As a Family Lawyer, you will handle a diverse caseload, including divorce, parenting, children, property settlements and more. Your expertise and compassion will guide our clients through challenging times, ensuring their rights are protected. You will also be exposed to Wills and Estate Planning and you will guide clients in drafting documents to protect their Estates.

Requirements

1 - 5+ years experience as a practicing lawyer

Bachelor of Law/Equivalent and Practicing Certificate

Strong knowledge of family law legislation

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Demonstrated ability to handle complex matters with sensitivity and professionalism

Family Law or Wills and Estates experience preferred;

Able to work autonomously and with attention to detail;

Strong organisation skills;

Proficient in LEAP (not essential);

Friendly and confident attitude and able to work in a group environment; and

The ability to communicate well with clients and other staff members.
