We're on the hunt for a gun Factory Qualified Cabinet Maker to join our busy, fast-paced factory. If you've got the skills, the eye for detail, great banter and pride in your craft – you'll fit right in.

Rochet Kitchens is a respected 37 year old family owned and operated kitchen renovation business based in Berwick. Renowned for our commitment to quality, precision, and exceptional service.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Reading and interpreting detailed plans/drawings
  • Cutting, prepping 2pac doors, assembling, and finishing cabinetry to exact measurement
  • Operating CNC, panel saws, edgebanders, and hand tools
  • Working alongside a team that values skill, safety, and efficiency
  • Working with and assisting our apprentices to learn from the best

What We're Looking For

  • Trade qualified (Cert III Cabinet Making or equivalent)
  • Proven factory experience in custom cabinetry/joinery
  • Can work to a deadline without sacrificing quality and a positive attitude
  • Knows their way around woodworking machinery
  • Takes pride in workmanship – every cut, every join, every finish counts
