We partner with major corporates, government, small businesses, repairers, and insurers to deliver total transparency and efficiency. We are currently in a phase of rapid growth and are looking for 3x Claims Consultants to help us continue disrupting the market and take our business to the next level.

About the role

Based in our Rhodes, NSW office, you will be the core point of contact for customers navigating the stress of an accident. This role is crucial in providing a seamless digital experience by guiding customers through the repair process and connecting them with our network of local repairers.

You will support customers during a stressful time, providing reassurance and clear communication from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a personal portfolio of allocated accounts and general accident management enquiries.
  • Process and track claims efficiently through our digital platform and internal systems.
  • Coordinate with repairers, service providers, and insurers to ensure timely updates and service delivery.
  • Provide prompt, professional, and empathetic customer service at every stage of the claim.

What You'll Bring

We are looking for reliable, tech-savvy communicators who can navigate multiple systems while remaining responsive and calm under pressure.

  • A passion for helping people and an enjoyment of a fast-paced, customer-first environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
  • Experience in an insurance claims or customer service role is beneficial but not essential.
