  • Expected salary: $2,000 - $4,062 per month

We are looking for a breakfast cook specialising in Malaysian/Singapore Cuisine. The cook must be familiar with the background and basics of the brunch culture in Malaysia/ Singapore. Roti Canai skills is preferrable but not required as we can provide training but inclination and interest to do roti canai is a must.

Responsibilities:-

  • Prepping and cooking stock including Sambals, Coconut Rice, Kerabu Rice, Plain Rice

  • Making roti canai doughs and condiments, (e.g. curries, sambhar)

  • Cooking during brunch service (Roti canai, western breakfast, nasi goreng and etc.)

  • Keeping kitchen in a tidy and clean manner whilst complying to all regulations

  • Maintain and order stock when needed

  • be a team player and follow or lead when required.

Candidate must be able to work between 7am and 3pm weekdays for at least 4 days and at least one day during the weekends .

Must have working rights. Preferably no hours limit. Remuneration is State Award based (Minimum casual rate is $24.18 per hour weekdays and $36.27 per hour weekends) but will be higher if skills and experience could match.
