Multicultural Care is seeking dedicated Enrolled Nurse Support Staff to join our team across the Inner West, Southeast, Southwest, and North Sydney regions mainly, Cronulla, Bankstown, Ryde, Carlingford and Hornsby.

The Organisation:

Multicultural Care is a not-for-profit organization with over 30 years of experience providing in-home care to frail-aged people, individuals with disabilities, and their carers from culturally diverse backgrounds. We pride ourselves on delivering compassionate care and welcome applicants from all cultural backgrounds.

The Role:

• Provide personal care and administer medications in accordance with clients' care plans.
• Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the line manager.
• Assist with wound care once an RN has assessed the wound, catheter management, and other nursing interventions.
• Promote wellness and assist clients in managing their chronic health conditions.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver evidence-based care.
• Maintain accurate client documentation, including progress notes and care plan updates.
• Assist care advisors and team leaders with client assessments and care planning
• Work under the supervision of an RN

What You'll Need:

• AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Diploma of Nursing and current First Aid/CPR certificates.
• Experience with medication management and clinical procedures.
• Ability to assist with client assessments and care planning.
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to apply).
• Valid NSW driver's license and access to a car.
