We have exciting opportunity for an ASRS Implementation - Project Manager to join our Finance team on a 12-month Fixed term contract at Yarra Falls.

A role you will love
As our ASRS Implementation Project Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Head of ASRS in driving transformation and embedding best practices within our organization. This is your chance to make a significant impact
In this position, you will leverage the Australian Sustainability reporting Standards delivery requirements to provide global governance and support for CPU at a group level across global stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a smooth organizational change process and reporting, as we integrate new systems and practices related to carbon data collection and Netzero program objectives and adherence to the standards.
You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to ensuring our organization meets its compliance requirements while fostering a culture of innovation and sustainability.
Some key responsibilities:
- Execute and maintain programme governance model, managing streams of work and cross dependencies effectively
- Maintain and execute project plans and work breakdown structures, manage budgets, produce metrics
- Identify and manage risks and issues, by assessing impact and incorporate changes into project and communication plans
- Prepare issue reports and presentations for steering committees, driving decision-making and outcomes
- Collaborate with the Head of ASRS to manage stakeholders, ensuring delivery of the change to meet ASRS compliance
- Assist the Head of ASRS in vendor management, ensuring project efforts are completed on time, within budget, and meet specifications
- Support implementation of any systems onboardings accompanying this scope of work
What will you bring to the role?
- Proven project management experience, particularly in sustainability or compliance-focused projects
- Skilled in supporting and leading the implementation of legislative requirements
- Strong understanding of core programme governance disciplines
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Deliver results while maintaining focus under tight deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
