Administration Person Sales & Purchasing
We are a small company with 5 employs and are experiencing and require a temporary person due to staff antisemitism.
We need a person to do a range of duties.
This means you will be busy and constantly have some thing different to do all the time. This person needs to be flexible and will do it all attitude.
Duties include,
- Answering phone calls
- First point of call attending customers at the front counter
- Receiving goods.
- Processing customer orders.
- Purchasing components, for part sale orders and projects/jobs.
- Assisting with Invoicing of part sale orders and jobs.
- All the necessary paper work that goes with these tasks.
- Data entry
- Stores duty's
- Packing goods ready for delivery,
Personal Qualifications.
- Good phone manner
- Good written and spoken English communication skills, we envisage that English would probably be your first language.
- A genuine desire to want to help people
- Must be a Team orientated person.
- IT skill, suggested, Word, Excel, Adobe edit. Other skills for preparing documents for advertising and internet.
- No specific formal qualifications are required, but we envisage, the applicant will posses some, or a range of skills, and some sort of training in some of these skills required.
- While this role is not a book keeping role, some previous experience, understanding and training with accounting or book keeping would be a help.
- We will consider each applicant on their merits and experience.
- Good general computer skills.
- Someone who pays attention to detail.
We envisage that the person would reside local to the northern suburbs of Melbourne.
