Salary: $100,000-$105,000 base salary per annum + Super 12%

Schedule: Monday to Saturday (5.5 days per week)

About the Role

We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-focused Agitator Driver to join our team in Toowoomba. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of pre-mixed concrete to our valued customers across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a concrete agitator truck in a safe and professional manner
• Deliver concrete to job sites ensuring product quality and timely arrival
• Perform pre-start checks, daily maintenance, and cleaning of the vehicle
• Complete required paperwork, including delivery dockets and basic reporting
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Wagners professionally on site
• Adhere to all WHS, environmental, and company policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

• Valid HR driver's licence (essential)
• White Card (Construction Induction)
• Previous experience as an agitator driver or in a similar driving role is highly regarded
• Strong safety mindset and commitment to compliance
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work early starts, with rostered Saturdays
