Executive Housekeeper – Private Household (Full-Time, Monday–Friday)

We are seeking a professional, discreet and experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee and maintain a busy private household to the highest standard. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work, works autonomously and enjoys keeping a household running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen
  • Vacuum carpets/rugs; sweep and mop hard floors
  • Make beds and change linens regularly
  • Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, windows, mirrors and glass surfaces
  • Manage all laundry from sorting to ironing, with expert care of fabrics
  • Organise wardrobes, linen presses, cupboards and pantry
  • Keep bathrooms stocked with linens, toiletries and supplies
  • Empty bins and manage household waste
  • Run errands and assist with grocery shopping
  • Prepare and cook meals as required
  • Conduct seasonal deep cleans and report any maintenance issues
  • Provide general support with pets

About You

You're trustworthy, self-motivated and able to work autonomously with exceptional attention to detail. You have:

  • Previous professional housekeeping or private household experience
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills
  • A full driver's licence and your own car
  • Current National Police Check
  • Current Working With Children Check (children present but no child-minding required)
  • A warm, positive personality with integrity and discretion

Hours & Conditions

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday
  • No weekends or public holidays required
  • Two weeks paid leave over the Christmas period
  • Competitive salary, commensurate with experience

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year

Licence/Certification:

  • National Police Certificate (Preferred)
  • Driver Licence and own car? (Required)
