Roadways is Tasmania's largest road surfacing company and has proudly delivered quality road solutions for over 60 years.  Operating across the state, our group includes Roadways Surfacing, Linemarking, Civil Services, and Rockit Asphalting.

We are currently seeking Crew Members to join our Glenorchy based team in a full-time, permanent role.

About the Role

Reporting to the Surfacing Supervisor, you'll be a key part of our surfacing crew working across the southern region. Your day to day will involve:

· Working with asphalt and bituminous surfacing materials

· Traffic control and site safety duties

· Operating a range of mobile plant and machinery

· Manual labour in a fast-paced outdoor environment

· Completing accurate administrative and compliance tasks

About You

We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and commitment to safety.

To be successful, you'll need:

· Physical fitness, reliability, and willingness to travel

· Availability to work 5–6 days per week, with overtime as required

· Current Driver's Licence

· White Card

· Experience working with asphalt (desirable)

· HR Licence (desirable)

· Traffic Management Ticket (desirable)
