The Role
We're looking for Senior Software Engineers to join our dynamic team in Sydney. This is your chance to take ownership of complex projects, mentor other engineers, and make a meaningful impact on a category-defining product.
At Relevance AI, your work will reach customers within hours, offering a rare opportunity to see the impact of your contributions in real-time. You'll have autonomy and trust to lead key projects and mentor team members without being weighed down by unnecessary layers of approval.

Your Impact

Ship impactful features within your first month and own key projects from end to end.

Push the boundaries of AI capabilities, designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions for customers.

Play a pivotal role in shaping our engineering culture, processes, and how we work as we scale.

Mentor and upskill other engineers, fostering a high-performance, collaborative team environment.

Maintain high standards for code quality, performance, and scalability, and instil these standards across the team.
What We're Looking For

4 years of software engineering experience, ideally in fast-moving tech environments.

Are highly skilled in TypeScript and , or willing to build on existing expertise to pick up these skills quickly

Thrive in high-performance, fast-paced environments with a startup mindset.

Excel at problem-solving, taking ownership, and delivering exceptional results.

Are passionate about AI and eager to work on category-defining technology.
Bonus Points if You Have Any Of The Following

Experience designing systems for real-world users or enterprise environments.

Experience with full-stack application performance tuning.

Contributed to open-source projects (show us your GitHub).

Knowledge of AI workflows, LLMs, or agent-based systems.

Experience with any of the following technologies:
