Here you'll be more than just a salesperson – you'll be a trusted advisor helping clients make thoughtful choices that elevate their daily lives. You'll engage in a consultative sales process, uncover client needs, and build long-term relationships that lead to high-value sales.

About the role:

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service and a memorable customer experience
  • Build rapport quickly and convert enquiries into loyal clients
  • Float between Caringbah and Castle Hill showrooms as business needs require
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and follow up with precision
  • Consistently achieve and exceed personal sales targets
  • Manage your own quoting, sales activity and follow-up administration

About you:

  • Proven track record in consultative, relationship-driven sales
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to guide clients through high-value purchases
  • Experience with luxury or "big ticket" products preferred
  • Motivated, adaptable and comfortable working across multiple locations
  • Organised with excellent follow-up and time management skills
  • Flexible to work weekends and peak trading periods – where the best sales happen
