Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Ride Assistant, located in Carlton, VIC. The Ride Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of rides, assisting guests, conducting safety checks, managing queues, and providing excellent customer service. Additional duties include maintaining cleanliness and order in the ride area and adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service and guest interaction
- Ability to conduct safety checks and follow safety protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage queues efficiently
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
