About the role:

Step into a dynamic hands-on leadership position where every day brings variety and purpose. As our Team Lead, you'll seamlessly blend leadership with frontline operations in this exciting dual-function role.

Your day begins by coordinating and briefing your team before distributing bus routes to drivers. You'll then take the wheel yourself, ensuring safe and reliable transportation services. Between morning and afternoon bus runs, you'll transition to village operations, working alongside your team on essential tasks including facility maintenance, cleaning operations, waste management, supply deliveries, and responding to emerging operational needs.
