What you'll do:

• Lead with Impact: Be the go-to expert for complex technical challenges and drive real business outcomes across Australia, New Zealand, and beyond.
• Innovate Daily: Automate manual processes, explore AI/ML solutions, and integrate systems that make a difference.
• Grow with Us: Work alongside a passionate team of technologists who value curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Modern Tech Stack: Power Platform, Azure, SharePoint Online, VMware, Dell Boomi, and more.

What You'll Bring:

• Design and deliver automation and integration solutions using Power Automate, PowerApps, and Logic Apps.
• Lead AI/ML initiatives that improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Provide senior-level support and mentoring junior team members.
• Manage and optimise cloud infrastructure and system performance.
• Drive technical change and continuous improvement across IT systems.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Workato, Power Platform, and Windows Server.
• A knack for problem-solving, innovation, and translating tech into business value.
• Experience with automation platforms (Power Automate, Boomi, Workato) and scripting (PowerShell).
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for making tech work for people.
