Administrator – Fleet Management | Pyrmont Location | Hybrid WFH

Endeavour Fleet is a boutique fleet management company based on the beautiful Jones Bay Wharf in Pyrmont. We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in a full-time capacity.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work and is looking to grow within a supportive and professional team environment.

About the Role:

As our new Administrator, you'll be responsible for a range of tasks to support the day-to-day operations of our business, including:

  • Answering and managing incoming phone calls
  • Vehicle registration renewals
  • Fines and insurance management
  • Contract preparation and management
  • General administration duties
What We're Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience (Not Essential):
  • Motor industry or dealership background
  • Finance, salary packaging, or novated leasing
  • Experience with vehicle registrations or fleet administration
