About the business

We are a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) located on the Gold Coast. We deliver a variety of courses to international students across Leadership & Management, Trade, Design & Photography, Business, Fitness, Hospitality, and ELICOS. We are passionate about providing the best education we can to our students, while providing them with the skills to be job ready.

About the role

We are looking for individuals that will be trained in all areas of Administration and Student Services, for a full-time position located at our busy campus in Surfers Paradise. This is a fast paced environment and this role will require face to face contact with students, and high volume back of house administration processing. You will participate in student orientation weekly, and be part of all functions across administration.

This role is in-office, Monday to Friday.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • High level of customer service and interpersonal skills, with a 'can do' attitude;

  • Willingness to learn, and prioritising tasks in order to meet daily needs;

  • Previous experience in administrative roles and/or student services roles in international colleges are highly desirable, however not essential;

  • Experience and high level accuracy with data entry;

  • Attention to detail;

  • Professionally mannered with excellent communication skills;

  • Experience in Microsoft Office;

  • Experience in eBECAS and Canvas highly desirable;

  • Experience in high volume processing
