  • To commence Term 1, 2026 
  • Part-time, term-time, ongoing position (working Monday to Friday)

We are seeking a professional and collaborative individual for the position of Junior School Librarian.  This role is crucial in developing a love of learning through literature and inquiry based education, in line with the Junior School Teaching and Learning Philosophy.

Skills And Experiences

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

  • An experienced Librarian with a sound understanding of the academic needs of students. 
  • Strong knowledge of Children's literature and ways to promote and foster a love or reading. 
  • Excellent organisational skills, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.   
  • A proven ability to work effectively, constructively and collaboratively within a team. 
  • Proficiency with Library Management Systems and other educational software.
