YOUR ROLE IN OUR FUTURE Ongoing Full Time Role - Occupational Therapist Grade 2
• 80 hours per fortnight
• Parkville location
• Salary between $90,235 to $103,724 depending on experience We are seeking a dynamic Grade 2 Occupational Therapist to deliver exceptional care to patients undergoing cancer treatment. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a world-class oncology setting, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient wellbeing and recovery. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality, patient-centred occupational therapy services to individuals with complex oncology needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored intervention plans to support patients' functional independence and quality of life.
• Work collaboratively with medical, nursing, and allied health teams to ensure integrated, holistic care.
• Contribute to service development, quality improvement initiatives, and student supervision. The successful candidate will possess:
• Bachelor or Masters of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) with current AHPRA registration.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience, preferably within an acute hospital or oncology setting.
• Strong clinical reasoning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Passion for delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.
