Loan Market LMS Chermside is looking for a creative and hands-on Marketing Coordinator to lead our local marketing efforts and bring our brand to life in the community. You'll be responsible for implementing campaigns, creating engaging content, coordinating events, and driving community engagement. If you thrive on content creation, organising events, and building genuine connections, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

Local Content Creation

  • Develop engaging local content for social media, with a strong focus on short-form videos, reels, and stories
  • Coordinate co-branded content with referral partners
  • Showcase local stories, community involvement, and customer success stories
  • Capture and edit high-quality images and videos for digital channels

Community Engagement & Initiatives

  • Plan and run local competitions, giveaways, and promotions to grow our contact database
  • Deliver community initiatives that foster relationships with local residents, businesses, and partners
  • Coordinate local sponsorship activities to enhance brand visibility
  • Strengthen local referral partnerships through consistent engagement

Events & Education

  • Organise and promote local educational events and workshops
  • Manage event logistics including venue, catering, invitations, and on-the-day coordination
  • Capture event content for post-event marketing

Reporting

  • Track and report on the success of local marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives
