About the role

Rodd & Gunn, a premier Australian menswear brand, is seeking a dedicated Concession Manager to join our team at the Myer store in Bendigo, Victoria. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced retail professional to lead and grow our presence within this thriving shopping precinct.

What you'll be doing

  1. Oversee the daily operations and management of the Rodd & Gunn concession within the Myer Bendigo store
  2. Ensure outstanding customer service and a premium in-store experience for all customers
  3. Actively drive sales, meet key performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the concession
  4. Lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Associates to maximise their potential
  5. Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards and store presentation
  6. Collaborate with the wider Rodd & Gunn team to implement marketing initiatives and brand strategies
  7. Oversee all administrative duties, including stock management, reporting and adherence to company policies

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a retail management or concession management role, ideally within the fashion industry
  2. Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing a premium shopping experience
  3. Strong leadership and people management capabilities, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  4. Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Familiarity with visual merchandising and store presentation best practices
