The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Business Manager to join our team, with strong emphasis on business to business (B2B) relationships and events. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building professional partnerships, representing the business at industry events and creating opportunities that drive mutual success.

As part of this role, you'll be responsible for managing a defined territory, ensuring the right call frequency with clients to maintain strong engagement, and networking functions to expand opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact
  • Take full territory ownership, driving growth and ensuring client coverage targets are met
  • Maintain regular and strategic call frequency to build strong client relationships
  • Build strong long-term relationships by adding value through tailored solutions and exceptional service
  • Drives sales growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing accounts
  • Prepare proposals and contracts, to support client strategies
  • Provide post event insights, reports and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Attend and represent the business at client events, trade shows, and industry networking opportunities

About You:

  • Proven experience in B2B account management, sales or events
  • Strong interpersonal skills, good communication, confident in client-facing environments
  • Skilled territory management with a structured approach to call frequency and client engagement
  • Commercially minded with strong negotiation, proactive and problem-solving skills
  • Passionate about adding value, driving sales growth and achieving territory targets
