We're on the hunt for a motivated and experienced Retail Manager to step into the Store Manager role of our Caroline Springs outlet which is set to open next month. If you're passionate about health and fitness and thrive in a high-energy retail environment – this could be the perfect fit.

THE ROLE – WHAT YOU'LL DO
As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for running day-to-day operations, leading a dynamic team, and delivering top-tier customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service and sales

  • Managing stock control, visual merchandising, and admin tasks

  • Overseeing staff rosters, training, and performance

  • Driving B2B outreach, marketing initiatives, and social media promotion

  • Ensuring smooth store operations while meeting and exceeding KPI targets

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Previous retail management experience

  • A strong background in customer service and team leadership

  • Proven ability to work towards and exceed KPIs

  • Solid knowledge of vitamins, health food, and sports supplements

  • Prior experience in a health food/supplement store (highly regarded)

  • Nutrition and/or fitness education is a bonus

  • Confident with basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
