The Opportunity

Reporting to the CFO, the
Divisional CFO
will oversee financial control, compliance, and FP&A across the group. You'll partner closely with business leaders to ensure robust financial management and provide insights that drive performance and growth.

This is a hands-on role suited to a commercially astute finance leader who thrives in dynamic, fast-moving environments and enjoys balancing strategy with operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and close processes
  • Deliver accurate management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Oversee statutory and tax compliance, audit coordination, and regulatory obligations
  • Provide strategic insight through variance analysis and business performance reviews
  • Drive process improvement, automation, and finance systems enhancement
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team

About You

  • CA or CPA qualified with 15+ years' experience in finance leadership roles
  • Exposure to the insurance industry in previous roles
  • Strong technical understanding of accounting standards and taxation
  • Experienced in leading teams and managing key internal and external stakeholders
  • Skilled in ERP systems and Excel, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Commercially minded with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery
