Are you a natural leader with a passion for customer service and retail excellence? We're looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Supervisor to join our team and help drive store performance while creating a welcoming and efficient shopping experience for our guests.

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure sufficient stock levels are available for customers.
• Provide advice to customers on items available for sale
• Operate EFTPOS and Micros terminals correctly to ensure accurate reporting of daily takings.
• Have a sound knowledge of all the products and services.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide product information.
• Assist in training new staff

Skills and Experiences:

• Previous experience in a retail supervisory or leadership role
• A 'quick thinker' with excellent communications and problem-solving skills
• Experience with cash handling and reconciliation.
• Projects a professional image with all guest contact
• Is a good team player, assists others without being asked
• Previous experience in retail or sales
• High tolerance level for stress, works under pressure without negative impact
