Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Manager to join our growing team in Melbourne, VIC. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and growth of our business in the Melbourne area. You will work closely with our team of freelancers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and the achievement of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth in the Melbourne area
- Manage a team of freelancers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Prepare and present reports on business performance and progress to senior management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the freelance or staffing industry
