They are looking for an incredible talent, who can be their Para Broker, to work as the backbone of their operations. Working closely with the Director, to manage the research, assessment, and preparation of loan recommendations.

We are ideally looking for someone in a similar role, within a brokerage This role is Busy We need a talent who can hit the deck running with the experience and knowledge required.

Role responsibilities are but not limited too –

• Review client scenario notes and supporting documents provided by the broker to understand client goals, financials, and loan requirements
• Conduct servicing assessments using appropriate calculators
• Research lender policy and identify any potential obstacles or policy exception required
• Shortlist 3–5 lenders that are policy-appropriate, competitively priced, and aligned with client needs
• Prepare clear product comparisons and written recommendation summaries for the broker to use in the client meeting
• Assist with preparation of Annual Review reports for existing clients, including rate comparisons and refinance options
• Order property valuations where required and update pricing based on market movement
• Provide timely updates to clients regarding the progress of their applications
• Liaise closely with Mortgage Brokers and Loan Processors to ensure smooth handover of files and avoid double-handling

Essential Skills Required –

• Strong understanding of credit policies and loan application processes
• Exceptional attention to details and strong organisational skills
• Excellent research and critical thinking capabilities
• Strong written communication skills — ability to summarise complex products clearly
• Professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive client information
