About the role

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Electrician to join our operations team. After comprehensive training, you will play a key role in performing electrical and mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for Power Technics' client sites. A suitable company vehicle will be provided for work travel.

Key responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults in power generation systems (wind and diesel)
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximise equipment performance
  • Conduct inspections, testing, and documentation in line with company standards
  • Work both independently and collaboratively with the wider technical team
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety and environmental standards

About you

  • Qualified Electrician (A Grade Licence required)
  • Minimum 3–5 years' post-trade experience
  • Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude
  • Able to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Computer literate (Microsoft 365 proficiency)
  • Comfortable working at heights and in regional environments
  • Communication and problem-solving skills
  • Current driver's licence
