Skills and experience

To be successful in this role you will have the following:

  • Must be trade qualified and hold certification in Commercial Cookery
  • Must have minimum 4 years post qualified experience
  • A genuine passion for producing great food
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Reliable, honest attitude
  • The ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
