We require a skilled Chef or Cook

The successful applicants will

  • Have had a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, with knowledge of Italian Cuisine an advantage
  • Assist with the planning, implementing and creation of menus
  • Demonstrate cooking techniques and procedures, monitoring these procedures, presentation & temperatures of all meals served
  • Assist in the training & managing of kitchen staff
  • Liaise with front of house management with any issues
  • Uphold Health & Safety Procedures
  • Always show strength & leadership

Have a valid Australian Work Visa or Permanent Residency
