Our Banking Risk Advisory team provides expert guidance across our Banking and Financial Services ecosystem, supporting operational risk management and driving key risk initiatives. Working collaboratively, we help uplift risk and control practices, enabling teams to manage risk effectively in a dynamic environment.

What role will you play?
As an Associate Manager, you will partner with colleagues across our business to deliver operational risk advice and lead risk-related projects. You will support the risk approval process, contribute to risk and control improvements, and work closely with stakeholders to assess and monitor risk performance. Your input will help shape robust risk management practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
What you offer
- Ideally 4+ years' experience in financial services, banking, or professional services
- Strong understanding of risk management practices and frameworks, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing risk
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
- Attention to detail and the ability to approach challenges strategically and creatively
- Proven experience in building and influencing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
