Challenge2bfit is a high-energy school fitness program that brings the fun directly to schools with inflatable obstacle courses, water slides, foam parties, and discos.

Our end-of-year season is the busiest and most exciting time — and we're looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and hard-working people to join our crew.

Job Details

  • Position: Manual Driver & Event Setup Crew
  • Contract: Casual (12 November – 19 December 2025)
  • Location: Start from Chipping Norton, NSW (travel to primary schools daily)
  • Hours: Approx. 12 hours per day (weekdays only)
  • Pay Rate: $30 per hour (approx. $7,500 across 21 events)

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet at Chipping Norton each morning and drive small manual trucks to school event sites
  • Unload, set up, and pack down inflatables, safety mats, shade tents, and event gear
  • Supervise inflatables during school events, ensuring safety at all times
  • Maintain equipment and keep gear clean and organised
  • Deliver friendly and professional customer service to school staff and students

What We're Looking For

  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
  • Physically fit — able to lift and move heavy equipment (team lifts and trolleys provided)
  • Positive, energetic attitude and good communication skills
  • Comfortable working around children and encouraging participation
  • Experience in event setup, labouring, or physical work (preferred but not essential)

Requirements

  • Manual driver's licence (small truck – car licence OK)
  • Willingness to pick up/return truck and equipment to Chipping Norton daily
  • Physically capable of handling inflatables (rolling, lifting, pushing; hiab crane available)
  • Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Availability for all event dates: 12 Nov – 19 Dec 2025
  • Flexibility for early starts (approx. 5am–5pm; times vary per event)
