About the Role
We are seeking a Permanent Full Time Conveyor Belt Splicer to join our service team based in Hallam. This is not a FIFO position – the role is locally based, with travel to customer sites as required.
As an experienced Belt Splicer, you will bring a broad skillset with the ability to:
- Splice, repair, maintain, and install a range of rubber and PVC conveyors
- Deliver high-quality work in a small, supportive team environment
- Uphold strong customer service & safety standards on every job

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
