The Opportunity

As the Team Leader of Therapy Services you will deliver high quality, client-focused and outcome driven services to patients with a disability. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing leadership, guidance, and supervision to a team of allied health professionals.
  • Building and maintaining the engagement, cultural identity and retention of therapy teams
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, families, community partners, and government agencies.
  • Management of workflow, case loads and productivity for direct reports
  • Maintaining a small clinical caseload to stay connected to practice and model best-practice approaches.

About You

You will demonstrate:

  • Proven experience leading or supervising allied health professionals.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop, retain high-performing teams.
  • The ability to build trusted relationships with clients, families, and key stakeholders to enhance service reach and impact.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Allied Health (Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology and Exercise Physiology preferred) and professional registration.
