About The Program

Your Responsibilities Will Include
  • Developing new features and enhancements across our modern software stack, with opportunities to work on both front-end and back-end systems.
  • Collaborating closely with other engineers, domain experts, and stakeholders to design smart solutions and solve technical challenges.
  • Supporting the agile development process through activities like planning, code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement.
  • Taking ownership of your work, from concept through to delivery and support.
  • Contributing your ideas and experience while helping to mentor and guide junior developers as needed.

About You

Essentials
  • A solid understanding of software engineering principles and the full development lifecycle.
  • Experience working with web-based applications and modern software engineering practices.
  • Comfort working in Linux and/or Windows environments.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to think laterally when tackling complex problems.

Nice To Have (but Not Required)
  • Exposure to DevSecOps tools and processes.
  • Experience with Go, TypeScript, Python, Java, or C .
  • Familiarity with Agile development, team collaboration, or leadership.
  • An interest in cloud platforms, containerisation, or Kubernetes.
