The Project
Genus is currently undertaking the design and construction of a 33kV distribution network inclusive of overhead and underground infrastructure assets for the FMG Decarbonisation strategy.

The Role
Join a well-established team on a major FMG site as an Electrical QA Supervisor. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing quality assurance and commissioning on a high-profile resources project.

  • Lead routine QA/QC inspections and in-process checks across electrical systems.
  • Conduct testing, quality assessments and compliance audits on-site.
  • Coach and guide technicians to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Identify electrical problems with a variety of testing devices.
  • Manage and update Inspection Test Records (ITRs) using the CCMS.
  • Support and enforce commissioning procedures to ensure timely handover.
  • Ensure all work aligns with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements

Skills and Experience

  • WA Electrical Licence (Essential)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory position, ideally in construction and maintenance projects.
  • Confident working in fast-paced FIFO environments.
  • Strong understanding of QA/QC systems, documentation, and compliance.
  • Valid Driver's License – "C" Class (Minimum).
  • OH&S Construction Safety Induction White Card.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to work to required deadlines.
  • Good judgement and decision making.
  • High level communication including active listening skills.
