Motor Mechanic

Eurotech Motors Pty Ltd is expanding and seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team. We are looking for a full-time, qualified Motor Mechanic with at least 3 years of prior experience. The successful candidate will play a vital role as a Motor Mechanic and will also be expected to train and manage a small team of technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose automotive issues across various makes and models.
• Identify faults, perform repairs, and provide the best possible solutions.
• Conduct mechanical repairs, including servicing, brake repairs, clutch work, and timing belt replacements on different vehicles.
• Perform inspections and diagnostic tests to identify functional issues.
• Dismantle and replace or repair defective parts and equipment.
• Change engine and transmission oils.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure vehicles meet required standards before returning them to customers.
• Perform roadworthy testing and ensure all necessary work is completed for roadworthiness.
• Adhere to work safety guidelines, report hazards, and maintain general housekeeping and workshop upkeep.
• Train and support other workshop staff.
• Respond to vehicle breakdown service calls as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold a valid motor mechanic license.
• Hold a valid Australian driving license.
• At least 3 years of prior experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• An AC Handling License is preferred but not essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
