We're looking for a confident, motivated person to join our close-knit team in St Marys. You'll be the first point of contact for potential customers—making calls, building trust, and creating opportunities that drive business growth.

About the Role

  • Outbound calls to new & existing customers.
  • Build strong relationships and provide great service.
  • Keep records updated in our CRM.
  • Contribute to sales targets and business growth.

About You

  • Experience in manufacturing or related industries (transport, 4x4s, agriculture, construction, fabrication, etc.) - Essential
  • Fluent in English, confident and comfortable handling phone conversations.
  • Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
  • Persistent, goal-driven, and proactive.
  • Sales/telemarketing experience preferred.

Work & Pay

  • Part-time: min 6 hours/day, 5 days a week (30+ hrs).
  • Flexible hours.
  • Salary negotiable based on experience.

Location

Office-based, St Marys (Mon–Fri).
