At Great Southern Distilling Company, we don't just make award-winning spirits — we create experiences that our visitors remember long after they leave. Our team is proud, passionate and close-knit, and we're now looking for another legend to join us.

One of our long-standing team members is moving on, which means we have a wonderful opportunity for someone new to become part of the Limeburners family.

What's on offer

• Approx. 30 hours per week with the option of Mon–Fri or weekday/weekend mix.
• Casual role to start, with the potential to become permanent.
• Daytime hours — we're rarely open later than 6pm.
• Work with a fun, welcoming team who love what they do.
• Share our internationally celebrated spirits with visitors from around the world.

About you

• Hospitality or Approved Manager experience is great, but not essential — we value attitude and passion just as highly.
• You're friendly, reliable, and genuinely enjoy meeting people.
• You'd love to represent premium, locally crafted products to both tourists and locals.
