The Role
dnata catering & retail is currently delivering a multi-year rollout of a new
JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP system
to transform business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

We are seeking an experienced
ERP Change & Training Consultant
to join our IT team on a
12-month fixed term contract
. This role is critical in ensuring our employees transition smoothly to the new system through effective change management and tailored training initiatives.

In a Nutshell Your Responsibilities Are To

• Lead change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and readiness assessments.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training strategies, plans and materials for diverse user groups.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, creating engaging resources such as guides, e-learning modules, and quick reference tools.
• Build and support a network of "super-users" to act as local champions during and after the rollout.
• Partner closely with project teams, technical specialists, and business stakeholders to ensure high adoption and minimal disruption.
• Monitor, measure and continuously improve training effectiveness.

What do you need to be successful in securing this role:

• Proven experience in change management and training delivery within ERP or large-scale IT projects.
• Previous exposure to JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP rollout (highly desirable).
• Expertise in developing and executing change management and communication strategies.
• Strong facilitation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with change management tools and methodologies (e.g. ADKAR).
• Ability to travel interstate and work flexibly as required to support national project delivery.
• Background in aviation, catering or hospitality industries is advantageous.
